Visual Perception and Categories Game {Freebie}

Teach students how to form categories and see characteristics that make items belong in a category together by playing this partner game. This free printable game includes an “I-Spy” picture mat and 24 category cards. Students take turns pulling category cards and find objects on the picture mat that fit into the category. There are some clever rules to help encourage discussion and for determining when a turn is over.
