Sort long a words with this cute and free word sort activity. Students can sort long A words into three categories: words spelled with ai, ay and silent e.

Get 36 snowmen with long a words on them like skate, cape, mail, stray for your first grade readers. Students sort the cut out snowmen onto the correct pile to complete the long a word sort activity.
