21 things worth purchasing from the dollar tree – So, ever wonder what’s worth passing on since it’ll break once you get home from the dollar store… and what to buy that’ll hold up in a classroom? Here is my list of 21 things that are worth purchasing for a primary classroom. Some items like using a timer for time outs may be obvious, but what about baby socks as dry erase markers erasers?

Best Book Shoppin’ Buys for Daily Five – Ha ha! My caption for sharing this picture on our facebook page was “epic fail.” Now, I may not be using that term correctly or with it enough to know the epic fail boat has passed. But I love how you can find out what baskets and bins will pass the test when shopping for the best book bins to buy. This tests and tips will show you how the organize read aloud trade books and leveled books with some of the most regularly purchased {by teachers} classroom bins.
