Simple Dinosaur Craft Pattern Freebie

April 29, 2017 by Teach Junkie

Learning about dinosaurs in your classroom? Here is a free simple pattern to make a dinosaur craft. This dinosaur pattern has a head, body, leg, arm and tail. It’s a cute way to tie in your dinosaur themed read alouds, or to make a bulletin board display with writing pieces for a craftivity!

Copy this template onto construction paper to get this craft started.

Craft Template for Dinosaur Body

Students cut and paste this dinosaur body template together. Print the 3 pages of templates onto colored construction paper. Students assemble to body and add eyes, teeth and other details.

It’s a great replica of the dinosaur from the (affiliate) book Dinosaurs Galore and will make a polished display for showing off what your class has learned about dinosaurs!
